Jalan-jalan KL ! ( Tempat kau wajib pergi- part 1)

Pada 2/8/17 , iaitu semalam,aku and my forever bestie, ijan ,decided to jalan-jalan cuci mata kat KL. so kitorg gerak dari shah alam, naik KTM (ya Allah almost sejam aku tggu) , so dalam pukul 11pm gerak naik KTM then turun kat KTM Subang Jaya then terus naik LRT (agak2 kalau naik ktm sampai kl entah pukul berapa)

so naik LRT (PJ Line ) turun kat Masjid Jamek. so sbnrnya kitorang nak g masjid jamek sekejap je, sbb nak beli pin tudung hihu. Then end up kami pon jenjalan keluar jalan TAR tup2 dah sampai kat Pasar seni.jalan kaki weyhhhh...tengah terik matahari. Padu sungguh

OK so kat bawah ni aku list tempat menarik korang kena visit kalau jalan- jalan kat KL;

1. Masjid Jamek 

aku xde gambar kat sini, but basically dia tempat shopping , ya Allah bestnya, kalau waktu weekend ada pasar and korang boleh makan mcm2 street food. gemuk lahaiii

2. Merdeka Square

ok ni kalau nak g just kena jalan kaki je. (kalau laratlah)

ni ijan tgh fefeeling OOTD dekat dengan dataran merdeka. (Panasnya aduhai, tuhan jetau)

3. Pasar Seni / Central Market

 The famous central market plates. you can actually find the shop near to Texas Chicken, use the main entrance of the central market (Price range : rm2-rm50)

This shop so cool. where u can paint batik on small canvas for only RM15, mannn we should give a tryyyyy

Kuching bound part 1

I am now currently harvesting some grapes. waiting for them to ripe. kalau dalam bahasa melayunya, aku ni kiranya mcm tgh menganggur lah. Oleh hal yang demikian aku juga telah dipilih untuk menjadi org kehormat untuk menemani kakakku, Alma. ALma dapat posting MO (after dia habis houseman, kerajaan minta dia berkhidmat pulak dkt Sarikei , Sarawak) haaa kau amek kena g Sarawak . Sarikei lagi. tapi jangan takut dulu, insyaa Allah , Allah SWT permudahkan. so pada tanggal 16/7/17 (ahad) aku anda alma pon berlepas lah ke Kuching dulu ya, sbb kakak kena lapor diri dkt JKN Sarawak. flight kami jam 715pagi...amboiii awal nau... nak tiket murah babe (tq my comama belanja)

jadinya ini kali pertama aku ke sarawak ok, after 24years. it such a pleasant experience for me. so we reached airport around 9am ++ it took around 2 hours to reach kuching airport from KL. once we reached we lepak at the airport for an hour before we headed to TUNE HOTEL KUCHING.yeahhh finally i will be staying at TUNE hotel. is itsometing to be proud of? for me yes! oh Lord cause my comama belanja me hahahahha.

 after we had our ample sleep then we had a walk at the bandar Kuching. this picture is a must okay! while u are in Kuching ;P

Community Field Project 2015/2016

so in february 2016, somewhere in the middle of the month, me and my whole class of my Dental batch went to Gopeng for a baktisiswa programme (to promote awareness regarding oral health to the community) this is actually the second time our faculty went there.

this is my foster family Mr Asri and Puan Khayati, they have 3 children, we stayed at their house at Kg Jahang for 3 nights!

Pemutihan Gigi / Teeth Whitening (Malaysia)

Assalamualaikum and good evening.

So today my post will be regarding teeth  whitening.

Why on earth I 've decided to do a teeth whitening?

My front teeth (11) fractured 14 years ago and i've had crown placement (I'll get to this in other post)

So, my 21 is having a severe fluorosis condition. Fluorosis is a condition of your teeth when it is having discolouration. Mine is severe as it already has pitting on the tooth surface (esp the tooth 21 - luckily its the only tooth having that kind of problem.

So I asked my dentist (she's a postgraduate student in aesthetic dentistry ) to do a veneer on my 21.

Before proceeding to this, I need to whiten my other teeth as well as they had mild fluorosis.

That's when I decided to do a home-teeth whitening, I bought the whitening kit from Ultradent (my company contact them) and I got it at quite reasonable price ^-^

The product name is : Opalescence Go (10%)

 It comes in 10 pair of trays. So you need to use it once a day. For 20-30 minutes. Don't use it while sleeping. And please do avoid any caffeine intake during that time ( even me myself I can't control that though) 

 Here it is . ( 2 trays in 1 packet for upper and lower teeth

 It stated on the tray as U - upper and L -lower

 This is during my second day ( I don't really record it through camera as it can hardly tell just by looking at the picture

Tips ( not so but what i wanted to share briefly):

1. Make sure you wear only one part at a time ( Don't be like , that was my second time and I thought it is better to one at one time) --> If I , I would prefer the upper one then only the lower)

2. Avoid caffeine, too much coffee and tea will affect your teeth whitening

3. Make sure you don't have ulcers/ gingival inflammation as it might cause burns (it has hydrogen peroxide in it , so yeah , or else we gonna let it burn, burn, burn).

4. Don't wear it while you asleep.

Please DON'T

5. Consult your dentist at first. Because different people will have different result. 

P/S : Honestly I think this product is a go-go for you if you want to have less invasive procedure ( as having chair-side teeth whitening is more suffering,  as they said hohohoho and more time consuming perhaps.) I let you know the results in 2 weeks time but  I can the result already , my oh my

Pergigian di Universiti Malaya (Part 2)

Assalamualaikum, jadinya pada hari ini saya akan sambung mengenai pergigian di UM

First Year:
1) Focus. You need to struggle to the fullest, means you have to push yourself to study as hard as you can. During this year, is a year which will determine you if you are suitable in this mainstream or not.
I'm not kidding but this is the truth LOL. Stop instagramming too much LOL. Focus focus focus.
TBH , i rarely went out during must first year as compared to now (maybe due to I've able to drive lol, currently)


2)  Aim. "Yes, I want to survive my first year successfully" . Instead of, " it's okay, I just want to do my best , as long as I am not failing, it should be okay. It's a no no girl. Try to aim for getting a Dean's List or higher than that a Distinction List ( even me myself have  never get this T-T)
Dean's List basically if your result has some A and some B and no failing papers and quite high enough than others, you'll be able to be here. Whilst , a Distinction where you got all A's and you survive a Viva Distinction, oh yeah this is so good babe hahaha. Usually there will be two person who will be a  a Distinction candidates.


3) Attitude. Ain't got nothing to do with attitude, ya sayy? Self discipline is the key word. I'm not kidding you. You have to be discipline and strict as you 've got lots of tutorials( not so much as compared to foundation but yeah... you got what I mean) and Self - directed learning (well this is the thing/ session ) SDL is the short form, it is when you have to discuss one topic with your friend and present to your Dr (mostly anatomy subject is totally nerve wrecking)

Salam , raya tahun ini adalah for the whole month I'll be celebrating at my home babeee
so I'll spend my time with my friends, literally

Pergigian Universiti Malaya (Part 1)

Assalamualaikum, makin bersawang dah babe blog guwey huhu

ok harini insyaa Allah nak share serba sedikit mengenai kursus pengajian iolls.
i had always dreamt to be a dentist and alhamdulillah Allah dah makbulkan doa ..
dapat pergigian UM adalah satu benda yang aku rasa beyond my expectation.
First, UM adalah salah satu universiti yang terbaik di Malaysia, (despite adalah jugak kekurangan, but yeahhh). Second, the key index untuk UM quite tinggi, haha but diorang nak jugak amek aku sebagai student (so yeahhh kena belajar betul)


So alhamdulillah , I survived my 3rd year and currently now in my semester break. next september will be on my 4th year. jyeahhh

Basically dental UM takes about 5 years of your whole life (if it went smoothly) -->
1. First 2 years : Theory
2. 3 years: Clinic (applying the theory you study in 1)


1st year
--> tahun ni adalah tahun di mana you need to struggle the whole lot man... you ain't wanna fail because you need to repeat the whole year if you do. yeah babe the whole year ok not a half year.
--> tahun ni juga you akan belajar mostly spend your time at Balai Ungku Aziz (its the place you went for interview)
--> tahun ni juga you will master your basic knowledge in medical and dental stuff such as --> anatomy, physiology, oral biology and biochemistry.
--> tahun ni juga you will learn to carve teeth (incisor,,molars etc) to be submitted as requirement
--> tahun ni juga you will have a SDL (self directed learning) where u need to present to DR --> it is like presentation lah
--> banyak SSL (student self learning) oh yeah free time babe
--> sorry I dont really  have pictures during first year horrr..

ok till then.. i will update more regarding my first year experience in dental  UM weeehooo

Things to do during sleepover!

Ì went for a sleepover last friday night actually it is unexpected!
Haha yang penting tmpt sleepover tu dkt sgt dgn rumah aku... tapi x pe sekali sekala ye dak? Haha

Things you wajib buat bila sleepover adalah:

1) Masak bersama
Ok ni seyes kena buat ,, almaklum haritu sleepover rumah org bujang, jadinya kenalah masak apa yg ad, athr most important thing sedap habaq hang!

2) tgk movie bersama, malam tu tgk the purge . Thriller punya filem

Dua org tu (jojie and nisak) dok jerit , aku si penakut lagi dr dorg tak jeritlah en, tapi aku banyak mencarutt , dh kenapa aku ni mencarut pulak

3) talking about your used-to-be-crush

Haaa..ni lawak sgt aku sorg je x igt crush aku siapa mrpeans samada ramai sgt. Atau mmg xde , atau heratbroke smpi x teringat...hahhaahaahaha
